Critical Research is very proud to have played an important role in Ofcom’s assessment of the BBC’s performance in meeting the needs of viewers and listeners – as published in Ofcom’s seventh annual report on the BBC.
We are responsible for conducting both the BBC Performance Tracker with UK adults and the BBC Children’s Performance Tracker with parents of 3-16s and children aged 8-16. These annual tracking studies provide a rich source of data on audience perceptions of the BBC, and how perceptions vary across the population and over time.
