PROMOTIONS AND HIRES AT CRITICAL RESEARCH

After joining us in 2021 as a Research Executive, Katrina has become an integral part of the team at Critical Research.  Working with some of our most high-profile clients, from pitches to presentations, she has built some fantastic relationships both internally and externally.  Her attention to detail, commitment, and down-to-earth attitude makes her a valuable asset to the team, and that is why she is so deserving of her promotion to Senior Research Executive.

When she’s not designing questionnaires and crafting beautiful presentations, she can be found playing with her puppy Archie. In between watching reality TV and holidays in Ibiza, she also bakes a mean brownie!

Lydia joined us in March 2023, with an academic and research background in human psychology, specialising in human behaviour – as individuals and in teams within the business environment.

Her experience includes working with blue-chip companies, measuring the effectiveness and applications of diversity & inclusion training when delivered through virtual reality technology.  This skill set is supported by her wider academic background in human understanding, including a Masters in Occupational & Organisational Psychology from Sussex University.

When she’s not at work she can be found hanging out with her 2 small children in Brighton.

Only a few weeks in, Lydia has already proved she is the perfect match for Critical and we welcome her to the Team.

James Hopkins, Critical’s HR Director commented: “This is an exciting time for Critical. Not only are we helping young researchers quickly realise their potential, but we are also able to provide an increasingly wide and diverse range of skills and abilities to our clients. We aren’t pigeon-holing researchers into ‘qual’ or ‘financial’ roles; instead, we encourage the transfer of skills across disciplines and sectors, combining experience with new ideas and creative approaches.”
